Trash removal and recycling services are provided by the building’s waste hauler, Lakeshore Recycling.

145 South Wells is a LEED Gold C+S building.

TRASH
Trash is removed on a nightly basis. If you would like additional trash removal services, you can request through the building’s work order system. This service will be an additional expense.
