For HVAC outside of these standard hours, tenants must notify Building Management as least 24-hurs in advance via a work ticket through our Work Order System.

There are overtime rate charges for these services, which will be billed to tenants according to the number of hours of use. Current rate information may be obtained contacting the Office of the Building at 145southwells@jll.com.
