Deliveries
Deliveries may be received through the loading dock & then via the service elevator.

• The freight elevators will require the use of an access card 24 hours/day
• All delivery personnel will be required to check in with Lobby Security and provide a valid photo ID for an access badge for the service elevator. The service elevator access card will allow the delivery person to access the floor on which the delivery is to be made.
• The Lobby Security desk staff are not authorized to accept packages for delivery to tenants.

Property Removal
Authorized employees may issue a property removal pass through our Building Engines visitor management system. This record will be used by the Security staff for verification upon the property removal date and time.

Absolutely no deliveries may be left by the building perimeter, lobby, elevator lobbies or building corridors.
