The safety of our tenants and their visitors is of the upmost importance for Ownership and Building Management of 145 South Wells Street. A crisis can happen without warning and pre-planning measures, such as emergency response plans, can be the difference between a minor disruption and a major tragedy.
SECURITY TIPS
- Be prepared for an emergency
- Keep track of access and ID cards
- Report inappropriate communications (threating emails, voicemails, letters etc.) or any suspicious or disorderly individual to Building Security (312) 819-6851
- Be aware of your surroundings and report any suspicious activity to Building Security (312) 819-6851.
We ask that all tenants be aware of the basic emergency response measures described herein and have the opportunity to attend training sessions provided by Building Management. Your Life Safety Team should also provide floor or company specific directives.
