Normal Building hours consist of:
Monday through Friday | 7:00A – 6:00P |
Saturday | 8:00A – 1:00P |
After Hour Access
- A building access card is required to unlock the ADA handicap door to the south of the revolving door, in addition a building access card is needed to enter the turnstiles and the elevators outside of the hours mentioned above.
- Employees who forget their access cards are required to check in with Security in the Lobby. Should you forget your access card after manned security hours in the lobby you will not be able to access the premises.
New Tenants
- Upon occupancy, building access cards will be provide to all tenants pursuant to the lease language. Absent specific lease language, tenant will receive one card for each occupant. Cards issued are register to a specific user.
- Additional cards may be obtained via the Service Request System. Access cards are then billed at the prevailing rate.
- Building access cards may be reused at no expense. New user registration is required by submitting a Service Request.
- All new tenants and new card holders need to sign a Building Waiver & Release (Key Card & Amenity) Form prior to obtaining their card.
New Hires
- Tenants should submit a Service Request for new hires to be issued new cards or to set up new user registration for cards being reused. For new cards, the tenant will be billed at the prevailing rate. There is no charge for reusing and registering existing cards.
- All new tenants and new card holders need to sign a Building Waiver & Release (Key Card & Amenity) Form prior to obtaining their card.
Lost or Damaged Cards
- Tenants should notify Security through a Service Request of any lost or damaged cards so they may be disabled. Replacement cards will then be issued and billed to the tenant at the prevailing rate.
Involuntary/Voluntary Employee Termination
- Tenant should notify Security through a Service Request of any access cards requiring disabling due to an employee departure
Visitors and Guests
- All visitors to 145 South Wells must be pre-registered via Building Engines visitor registration system. Each tenant will have an authorized person or persons trained to facilitate visitor registration and may add authorized employee users.
- All visitors must check in at the 1st Floor Lobby Security Desk with a valid photo ID. Again, visitors should be pre-registered using the Building Engines system to ensure an efficient check-in.
- Once visitors have completed the check-in process with Security, they will be escorted through the turnstiles and provided access to the floor they are going to.
- Visitors during after-hours must have a tenant escort them into their space
