In a Medical Emergency, time is of the essence and the following steps should be followed:

1. Call 911 and provide the following information
   • Building Address – 145 South Wells Street, Chicago IL 60606
   • Floor of the incident
   • Any details about the accident
   • Person’s name
2. Call Building Security at (312) 819-6851
3. Stay with victim and do not move them, unless they are in immediate danger.
4. If possible, place another co-worker in the elevator lobby to direct emergency personnel to the scene.
5. Notify victim’s supervisor if able.
